“At Kingsmore Meats we believe in knowing the provenance of our meat – where it comes from, and how it is produced, transported and delivered to us. We source our meat from small, independent local farmers who raise their animals naturally, humanely, ethically and sustainably. Coming from free-range, grass-fed animals which are hormone, antibiotic and cruelty-free, our beef, lamb, pork and poultry is truly delicious,” said Joel.
“We are a good, old-fashioned butcher, purchasing whole bodies of animals and breaking them down ourselves to offer our customers a full range of cuts, from prime cuts of roasting and grilling meat to high-quality minces and stewing meat and a range of offal – the complete nose-to-tail experience.”
Kingsmore Meats also makes all of its tasty sausages, burgers, kebabs, meatballs and koftas. The new shop at Saporium gives Kingsmore Meats the opportunity to enhance and expand its artisan house-made range to produce ready-made meals, stews and stocks, and bacon, ham and smallgoods.
“Our new, bigger shop at Saporium allows us to diversify our business and expand our product range while sticking to our core business and values,” said Joel. “We’ll also be able to display traditional butchering practices to our customers.”
Kingsmore Meats’ shop at Saporium will be open seven days a week, from 8.00am to 7.00p.m. Saporium is located at 61 Mentmore Avenue, Rosebery, NSW 2018.
